"Taste Test" don't show numeric ratings

  We were talking about this at last week's a2b3 lunch (see grouprecipes group). Since the Taste Test is pretty involved, it would be good to streamline its presentation somewhat. Probably the easiest way to do that would be to not show the numeric ratings -- they're redundant anyways, since the relative slider positions say it all, and they lead people to finesse their responses more than is probably helpful.
  
  Alternately, if you keep the numeric ratings, maybe they could accept direct numeric input and, with appropriate keyboard navigation, count as an accessibility feature?
